Can anyone identify which Goebel figurine by Byj this is.?

I have googled and gone to a gazillion sites with no luck.

Hi.. I checked under that listing, and it shows a hummel figure called little shopper..it is not the same though. Can you show me where you got your info?

    It’s called “The Little Shopper” ca. 1967 and has been selling for somewhere between $40-90 through various online store, antique dealers and eBay.

    The same names are often used across brands of figurines. You need to specifically check for Byj when searching. The link below includes the figurine you are asking about. As stated, it is “little shopper” (BYJ53), although it has also been known by the name “Market Day”.

    I would place the value much higher than $40-90. The link below says $275 but this is probably high. I would say $180-$220 if in perfect condition.

    For completeness, it was originally issued in 1967 for just $13 and was sculpted by Gerhard Bochmann.
